Preconception
Guidance and support to prepare your body and mind for pregnancy:

Pregnancy & Birth Care
Supportive, professional care throughout your pregnancy
Prenatal Visits: Regular check-ups to monitor your health and your baby’s development, including physical exams, ultrasounds, and lab tests.
Birth Planning: Personalized birth plans to ensure your wishes are respected.
Labor & Birth Support: Continuous care and support during labor and delivery, whether at home, in a birthing center, or in a hospital.
Postpartum Care: Follow-up visits to ensure your physical and emotional recovery, support for breastfeeding, and newborn care.
Education & Resources: Access to classes and resources on childbirth, newborn care, and parenting.
Co-care: If you require or desire care with both a midwife and an OB, we love collaborative care. Even if your desired place of birth is at a hospital, midwifery care with us is still possible.
Well Woman Care
Regular health check-ups, screenings, and personalized advice to maintain your well-being:
Annual Exams: Comprehensive physical exams, including pelvic exams, breast exams, and Pap smears.
Reproductive Health and Contraceptive Counseling: Hormonal and nonhormonal birth control, STI testing and treatment, and management of menstrual disorders.
Menopause Management: Support and treatment for symptoms of perimenopause and menopause.
Specialist Referrals: Coordinating with Specialists when advanced care or specific treatments are needed such as pelvic floor therapy, focused nutritional counseling, mental health wellness, and hormone replacement.
Health Education: Information on nutrition, exercise, and preventative care.
Chiropractic Care
Dr. Elizabeth Bush
Dr. E is here to offer care that feels calm, collaborative, and truly personal.
Offering evidence-informed chiropractic support for every stage of life, with special attention to pregnancy, postpartum, and pediatric care. Pregnancy support focuses on helping your body find balance, comfort, and optimal positioning as it grows and changes. Postpartum care is centered on alignment and recovery, honoring the healing process as you settle into life with your baby. For little ones, pediatric care uses soft, mindful techniques to support nervous system balance and healthy development.
Dr. Elizabeth earned her bachelor’s degree in kinesiology from Texas Tech University and completed her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Parker University. She is trained in the Webster Technique and is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA). Her care is rooted in respect, informed choice, and a belief that families thrive when they feel grounded and supported.

Assistance and education for breastfeeding, ensuring both you and your baby thrive:
Breastfeeding Education: Classes and one-on-one sessions to teach breastfeeding techniques and best practices.
Latch Consultation: Hands-on help to ensure your baby is latching correctly and feeding effectively.
Milk Supply Management: Strategies to increase milk production and address issues like low supply or oversupply.
Pump and Equipment Guidance: Advice on selecting and using breast pumps and other equipment.
Troubleshooting: Support for common breastfeeding challenges, such as nipple pain, engorgement, mastitis, and tongue-tie.
Weaning Advice: Guidance on transitioning your baby from breastfeeding to bottle feeding or solid foods when the time comes.
